At LavishGear, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and clear policies.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer a 5-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
🚚 Reverse Pickup:
  • We provide reverse pickup service (subject to service availability in your area)
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product
💸 Exchange Charges:
  • A ₹100 reverse shipping fee per order will apply
  • Shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless:
    • The item received is damaged
    • The item is incorrect
⏳ Processing Time:
  • Exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the product
  • Pickup will be attempted up to 3 times, after which self-shipping is required
❌ Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
❌ Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
📦 Self-Shipping Instructions

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup:

Please courier your product securely to our return address (provided after request approval).

Important Guidelines:
  • Pack items securely to avoid damage
  • Mention Order ID and registered mobile number clearly
  • Ensure products are in original unused condition
💰 Refund Policy
  • We follow an Exchange-Only Policy
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Incorrect item delivered
Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 48 hours of approval
  • It may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account
⚠️ Important Terms
  • Report damaged/defective items within 24 hours of delivery
  • LavishGear is not responsible for:
    • Incorrect bank details provided by the customer
    • Issues reported after the allowed time frame
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours
  • Customers are responsible for proper handling of products before return
